Description and Objectives
To provide the following services to Hillfields residents at appropriate venues:
  • To assist local economically active people to address the issue of poverty
  • To provide sensitive management of money advice services in Hillfields
  • To promote and deliver money management support sessions (‘Money Matters’)
  • To identify social policy issues to put before policy makers to the benefit of the wider Hillfields community
  • To contribute towards the longer term anti-poverty initiatives addressing local needs
  • To work with partners towards developing a local Credit Union

The project will deliver all of the above targets which are specified in the Hillfields URBAN Action Plan and will build on experience gained through existing CAB advice provision in Hillfields.
