  • Raise self-esteem and confidence of the beneficiaries in the Hillfields community
  • Provide a range of support and self development activities
  • Provide an outreach programme to local residents who do not currently access the Centre
  • Improve the collaboration with local agencies to provide a seamless service to beneficiaries
  • Supporting and developing skills of local residents
  • Extend knowledge and understanding of beneficiaries and assessment of their competence in preparation for access to job opportunities / small business creation
  • Developing services to meet the needs of local residents from ethnic minority groups
  • Respond to community needs and changes e.g. Kosovan refugees
