Aims and Activities Covered by the Project
The project seeks to encourage and prepare individuals for further personal development and the world of work via confidence building measures and facilitating a learning environment in which participants can experience success. Participants will undertake a range of skills including English, Punjabi, Health and Beauty, Jobsearch, Information Technology, engineering related skills, Wordpower and Numberpower. They will have access to advice and guidance and supported open learning materials.

In addition, the project will target employees of organisations located in Hillfields as a means of increasing competitive advantage and business effectiveness.
