Programme Management

This project provides dedicated support for the delivery and management of the overall Objective 2 Action Plan, and provides support to the Hillfields Partnership Board. This is an essential pre-requisite for the effective and efficient implementation of the activities of the action plan and the realisation of the Partnership Board's aims and aspirations. The project strengthens the delivery of the action plan, and through this its impact on the economic development of Hillfields.
