Councillor Harry Richards

This picture was presented to former Councillor Harry Richards by the Hillfields Co-ordination Office in recognition of his contribution to Hillfields during 42 years service on the City Council. The presentation was made at an informal ceremony at City Farm in Hillfields as part of Hillfields Carnival Week 2000.
