Interaction is a community led initiative funded by the Social, Economic and Environmental Development Programme (SEED) and European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

The project aims to use the environment as a focus for community involvement.  Over the next four years Warwickshire Wildlife Trust will endeavour to improve the local urban green spaces within Hillfields through a number of community-led environmental projects.  These may include a group from the area helping to build bird boxes, which could be put up in a local park by a youth group.  Alternatively, a community bulb planting day may encourage people to brighten up a pocket park.
