Establish summer activities programmes for 12-19 year olds.
Develop personal and social education projects for children (5-11) and young people (12-19).
Consult with young people to make sure their views are heard.
Engage young people in local democracy and decision-making.
Expand the range of school and community computer access points.
Work with the ConneXions One Stop Shop to improve advice for young people.
Introduce young people to existing facilities.
Continue to develop alternative learning environments.

Develop programmes aimed at girls and young women, disabled young people and young people who are lesbian, gay or bisexual.
