Age Concern Coventry

If you are aged 50+ or are looking after someone age 50+ and need support and advice then Age Concern Coventry can help.  They provide advice on:

  • Money matters (benefits/pension/allowances)
  • Housing rights and other housing related issues (repairs, equipment)
  • Insurance
  • Health and social care
  • Leisure and social activities
  • Family and personal matters
  • and other issues which affect your quality of life. 

They also have just launched a new project targeted at people from Black and Minority Ethnic groups.  The free information/advice surgeries are run at venues across Coventry with the nearest surgeries taking place at the St Barnabas Family Centre in Cromwell Street and Foleshill Library, Broad Street.  The project can also provide support with translation and interpreting on request for more information please contact Nadia Mokrani the Information and Advice Officer for BME Groups Age Concern Coventry  on 02476 231 999 or 02476 433 975or by email on nadiamokrani@accov.org.uk.
